When music speaks of rebellion and rhythm, the clothing must echo the same power. SKATRD’s collaboration with The Down Troddence brought this vision to life through two unforgettable music videos : “Maharani” ft. TM Krishna and “Ejjathi.”
Across 13 crafted pieces - 7 for Maharani and 6 for Ejjathi. Each costume became a visual translation of sound and emotion. The designs were built to move with the music, to breathe the same energy that the band carried on screen. Every fabric was chosen with intent- raw, textured, and rooted in Kannur’s aesthetic pulse.
The details carried the identity The Down Troddence’s logo's details were hand-embroidered, merging thread and metal in a way that mirrored the band’s sound: powerful, layered, and real. These weren’t just costumes; they were symbols of a shared artistic language; a place where fashion and music stood shoulder to shoulder, amplifying each other’s voices.
