Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at projectskatrd@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: SKATRD Studio. EDACHOVVA ROAD, kannur-670006, kerala

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • In case of any loss or damage that happens during the transit, the company’s not responsible for it and no exchange and return will be processed by the company.
  • In case of loss or damage (if any) during the time of delivery from the company’s side, it will be covered by the company.
  • Any damages made by the customer before returning the product will not be taken care by the company and the customer will be charged of 5-10% of the product cost for the damages made. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items (Valid only during the sale period or gift card items)

  • All items once placed in the order cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled by the customer during the sale.
  • No refunds will be made once the order gets delivered during the sale.
  • If the customer wants to return any product no refunds will be made by the company to the following customer.
  • No refund will be made to the customer if decided to cancel the order.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchange, Return and Refund General policy 

  • The return and exchange of the product will only be processed if the product or products are sent back to the given address above provided with no loss and damages. 
  • The exchange will be processed once the product or products have arrived to the company address. The new product will be shipped between 2-3 days after examining the damages if made any. 
  • The refunds will be charged 15% to the customer on the price of the product or products if any cancellation are made after placing the order. 
  •  No delivery charge will be made by the company for the returning of the product by the customer if the company is giving free delivery/shipping. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
