Shipping methods and Time Frame

Shipping carriers used by the company are DTDC couriers and the delivery will take place between 3-7 business days for the normal delivery. If any express delivery is required, the customer should contact the company in prior for the same before placing the order. Any kind of fast or express delivery requested by the customer will be charged extra (the price of the shipping). 

Shipping Locations

The order will be shipped from the company's office address and may take upto 3-7 business days to reach the customer's location depend upon the area of delivery. The customer is requested to state the area of delivery carefully with proper area code (pincode) and state to have a smooth delivery process. Any special requests for the shipping location should be made before placing the order.

Tracking Information

The tracking information of the order will be provided to the customer within 2-5 days after shipping the order on the registered email id or phone number. The customers are requested to register the email id and phone number in use to receive the tracking information of the order/s places. The customers are requested to track the orders on the link sent by the company through the registered email id or phone number.
